Hello, Feastlings.
If there’s a River Valley we’re fond of around here from a wine standpoint, it’s the Rhône. Home to ripe, juicy Grenaches, and lean austere Syrahs and scores of styles and combinations in between, and in this day and age of tiny screens, we daresay the Rhône has “influencer” status. On Saturday, September 7, at 2:00, Kevin will open up four wines, some from the Rhône and some farther-flung, but all Syrah, Grenache or some combination thereof. If you’d like to join us, the tasting is a great value at only $12.50 plus tax and tip to taste these wines that are rather fancier than we usually open on a Saturday, so it’s likely to fill up, and therefore, it warrants a reservation. Web and email reservations will NOT hold you a seat, so give us a jingle at 326-9363 and we’ll keep your seat warm.
