Dear Feastlings,

Unlike our Saturday tastings, we’re unable to offer the tasting both in person AND virtually- it just requires us each to be in too many places simultaneously.  So for the moment, our Last Sunday tastings continue to be virtual only.  There are, of course, advantages: it’s more wine than a Saturday tasting, so there are no worries about driving home afterward.  So as much as we look forward to the day when our glass clinking is no longer figurative, for this month’s tasting you’ll be yet again clinking your glass against a screen.  The theme this month: high altitude wines.  You’ll find out what happens at those higher altitudes that makes these wines so desirable, and so delicious.  The tastings is $35 plus tax and tip, and it includes both food and drink.  You can follow along on Zoom as we talk about some wines that are a little bit off the beaten path, as well as some you may well be familiar with.  The fun starts at 3:30 pm this Sunday afternoon, January 30, and you can get your wine tastes, and your food tastes, by calling us at 326-9363.  Yodelayheehoo.

and, for the less traditional among you:

The tasting begins on zoom at 3:30 pm on sunday, january 30.  The Zoom meeting number for the tasting is 878 2638 2307, and the passcode is 255378.

You can find the tasting order and the pricing here, as well as heating instructions for the food pairings.
