Dear Feastlings,
Our end-of-month tasting this month investigates the Northern regions of Italy. We’ve been doing wines from the South in a past several weeks, and thought it might be time to give the North its due once more, so we talked with our pal Megan and she’ll be here with a spectrum of wines- still and sparkling, red and white, but all hailing from the Northern climes of Italy, and all every bit as delicious and food-friendly as the wines we’ve been tasting from elsewhere. It being the last Saturday, we’ll be making snacks to accompany the wines, and pouring those hefty, end-of-the-month pours that will merit the $40 price for the tasting (plus tax and tip,) and you’ll likely leave with some new favorite wines. Perhaps even with a bottle in hand.
