Hi, Feastlings.
Yes, we know there are French restaurants around town who do lovely work, but we always like to celebrate the folks who helped us win our own freedom by making a bunch of French food on the quatorze juillet and dropping the price on all the French wines on our list for the day. We’ll be making these specials all day long, and the wine will flow freely and economically. We suggest a reservation if you’d like to join us, as we do tend to fill up for the festivities. What does the menu look like? Well, French:
Ratatouille~ roasted eggplant, peppers, summer squash, tomatoes, garlic and onions.
side: 7.5 dinner serving: 15
Coq au Vin~ Chicken braised in red wine with bacon, mushrooms and onions. Served with roasted potatoes and haricots verts.

Steak and frites~ Grilled onglet steak
with pommes frites and sauce Béarnaise.
28
Bouillabaisse~
classic tomato-saffron soup with mussels, shrimp, scallops, half a Maine lobster and sea bass. Garnished with toast points and rouille. §§
