Tucson is a mysterious town in that the majority of the population here seems to be under the impression that one requires a special occasion in order to open a bottle of sparkling wine. This Saturday, Kevin pops the corks on four different sparklers from various locales throughout the world, partly as a preview for those of you who feel that way so you at least have a chance to evaluate what to open for the holidays, and partly to remind you that you should be drinking bubbles whenever the spirit moves you. The tasting is at 2:00, Saturday, November 24. You’ll want to reserve a seat, but you’ll have to do it by calling us at 326-9363, as web and email reservations don’t guarantee a place at the table.
