Dear Feastlings,
There’s no better red wine to make your segue into autumn with than Gamay. It’s light but structured, black-fruited but nuanced. It goes with the most delicate fish but can stand up to a steak. This Saturday, October 5, at 2:00 pm, Kevin pours four different Cru Beaujolais. It’s the perfect way to taste your way around the region of Beaujolais, the sub-region of Burgundy where they grow Gamay instead of Pinot Noir. It’s only $12.50 plus tax and tip, and the wines are perfect for the weather. We hope to see you there. Reservations are a must and they can only be had by calling us at 326-9363 (or making your reservation in person- web and email reservations won’t work to save your seat.)
