It all starts in the vineyard…

Hello, Feastlings.

A couple of Saturdays ago, we had a tasting that taught us about oak influence on wine, and week in and week out, month in and month out, we talk about winemakers and what they do.  But while wine can turn out delicious or disappointing, manipulated or barely touched, winemakers and wine drinkers alike can all agree on one thing: you can’t make good wine with bad fruit.  It all starts in the vineyard.  So we’ll be meeting with people from four different wineries this Sunday, each producing a single vineyard wine that we’ll be tasting.  And we’ll provide food pairings alongside them.  Give us a call at 326-9363 and reserve your tastes and snacks, and get ready to join us on Zoom at 3:30 on Sunday, March 28th.  The tasting is $35 plus tax and tip, and we promise a good time, good food, and excellent wines.

The zoom tasting begins at 3:30 pm on Sunday, March 28th, and the meeting number is 817 7794 6480.  The passcode is 859359.
