Some special dishes for Easter

Hello, Feastlings,

We’ll open up on Sunday, April 20, to serve some Easter specials, and you’re encouraged to visit.  Here’s what the menu looks like:

 

Served until 3 pm:

Eggs Benedict~ house-made English muffin with ham, poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce.  Served with crispy potatoes and sautéed spinach.

Elvis waffle~ butternut waffle with peanut butter and sautéed bananas.

Served all day:

 

Baby root vegetables with artichokes, tarragon, asparagus and whipped goat cheese.  Served with sourdough crackers. ◊

Bouillabaisse~ classic tomato-saffron soup with mussels, shrimp, scallops, Maine lobster and grouper. Garnished with toast points and rouille. *  ◊

Leg of lamb, cooked sous vide with Mediterranean herbs and spices, served with fava beans, mint, fennel and horseradish. Served with crispy potatoes and red wine demiglace. *  ◊

Braised rabbit leg, served over a salad of English peas,  fregola, honeyed baby carrots, pea shoots and radishes. ◊

White chocolate Easter cake with strawberries and pistachio buttercream.
