The Sainted Patrick

Dear Feastlings,

People celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day differently.  There’s the obvious hard-drinking, carrying-on soft of celebrating in which a great many indulge, and I’d imagine there’s a contingent of people who celebrate the patron saint of Ireland deep in prayer.  Around here, it’s all about food.  We’ve been corning our beef for nearly a month now, and come Monday the 17th, we’ll open for a brief window- we’ll seat guests from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm- to serve our customary corned beef and cabbage, porridge bread and Guiness chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting.

The entirety of the March menu will be available as well, and yes, for those of you who want to remain off the streets while those who celebrate by drinking green beer and Irish whisky are still out and about, we’ll offer all of the above for carryout as well.
