No, that’s not a lawnmower. I’m sure it has a name, but to me it will always be a flattener. You’re looking at the area where the trash and recycling bins will go, and if you look at these two photos, you’ll agree that we stand a significant chance of having possibly the flattest trash and recycling receptacle areas in the greater Tucson area. Not that I know whether that’s any great claim to fame among the trash pickup and recycling community.
