Monday morning the pouring begins again; this time there will be sidewalks. I foolishly forgot to take photos of the equipment we liberated (and purchased) from my kind brother. Cuvee will live on in Tucson both in the kitchen (an oven, a sink, a couple of refrigerators and a freezer, plus lots of pots and pans) and in the dining room (the chairs and banquettes, though they’ll be reupholstered). Cuvee, incidentally, also lives on in Basalt, Colorado, so the next time you’re in the Aspen area, stop in, say hello, and tell Mitch and Krystal that the food is almost as good as Feast’s.
