Hi, there, Feastlings.
Just a few items to mention this week:
first, we’ve got a few seats left for both our weekly Saturday tasting, and our Last Sunday of the Month tasting, which includes six amuse-bouche food pairings. If the amuse-bouche isn’t enough culinary French for you, I’ll throw this in as well- a prix fixe meal on New Year’s Eve. There’s room at all three events, but not a lot, so now’s your moment to reserve a seat if you’re inclined to come partake in the festivities.
I’ll warn you all now that there’ll be no party favors or noisemakers- our goal is to feed you a beautiful meal that still gives you time to get to your New Year’s Eve celebration with enough in your belly to keep you from a tipsy drive home. ( I personally made a New Year’s Resolution at 1:30 AM on January 1, 2000, never to be working at midnight on New Year’s Eve again, as I was receiving yet another dinner order for people who were partying like it was, well, 1999, albeit an hour and a half late.) So the last reservation we take will be at 9:00 pm, which should allow you a leisurely meal while it still allows me to be safely home before all the imbibers slalom through the streets of Tucson to offer up the first life-threatening injuries of 2019. Here’s wishing all of you a safe, happy and prosperous new year.
Love from Doug and all of the people of Feast
