A tiny note, by my standards, anyway.

Dear Feastlings,

As often as I bemoan my fate to you all, and as stressed as I may be, I’m grateful today to say that I’m too busy to write my usual diatribe. Busy in September is a blessing, a blessing for which I’d like to thank the good people at Sonoran Restaurant Week,

https://www.sonoranrestaurantweek.com/

which has changed since its humble inception to become an event put together by Tucson Foodie.

Homepage 2024

Restaurant Week means deals galore at about 80 restaurants, Feast included, so we’ve been unseasonably busy and expect to remain so for the remainder of the week, which means that a) you’ll want to make a reservation,

and b) you can save about 25% on a three-course meal here.

Mind you, this won’t stop us from offering you our weekly wine tasting, which this week is a jaunt around France,

Tour de France

and there’ll be more to discuss soon, but if I can do it before Sonoran Restaurant Week is over, I’ll be so sorely disappointed that I’ll be in no mood to write. Which may very well make some of you as grateful as I am this week. Happy Restaurant Week.

Love,

Doug
